Using Sched
Welcome to Sched, your one-stop platform for finding and registering for professional development opportunities at Ozarks Tech! You'll use Sched to sign up for a variety of Ozarks Tech's professional development sessions and events. Sched makes it easy to:
- Discover upcoming professional development opportunities
- Register for sessions that interest you
- Access session details, materials, and virtual links
- Track your schedule in one convenient place
Logging In
To access Sched, you'll need to log in using your OTC credentials. Follow our step-by-step guide to sign in.
Adding Sessions to Your Schedule
Once logged in, you can browse upcoming professional development sessions and easily add them to your personal schedule. This keeps all your registered sessions in one place. The Sched attendee guides provide step-by-step instructions on selecting sessions and viewing your schedule.
Adding Sessions to Your Ozarks Tech Outlook Calendar
Check Sched for the most up-to-date session details (locations, links, cancellations, etc.). We do not currently recommend syncing Sched with Outlook, as updates may not carry over. Bookmark Sched or download the app to quickly access the latest session information. If you would like your sessions to appear on your Outlook calendar, please add them individually.
Sessions Reminders
Sched will send a reminder of your schedule each morning you are registered for a session. To ensure you receive reminders, review your privacy and email preferences under your Sched profile.
Session Check-In
For some sessions, you’ll need to check in to confirm your attendance. Learn how to check in quickly and easily.
Accessing Virtual Meeting Links
If a session is virtual or includes a virtual option, the Microsoft Teams meeting link will be listed in the session details on Sched. You may need to be logged in to access the link. Follow this guide to locate and join your virtual session at the scheduled time.
Downloading the Sched App
Get the Sched app to access your schedule on the go! Using the mobile app makes it easy to view your schedule, check event details, and check in to sessions. You can download the app in the App Store or Google Play.
Finding Session Resources
If a presenter shares session materials, they will be available in the session details on Sched. Follow this guide to find and download slides, handouts, or other resources.
